Hearing Health Services
We offer hearing and hearing aid services for patients of all ages.

Hearing Healthcare at Hearing Solutions
We offer a comprehensive range of services to treat all aspects of our patients’ hearing. We are experts at fitting hearing aids, but we also specialize in prevention and protection, and we are particularly dedicated to serving the needs of our veteran community. Being led by a licensed, certified audiologist instead of a hearing aid dispenser, allows us to treat more complicated hearing situations and to conduct a broader range of audiological examinations. For example, only audiologists can test and treat children.
If you are frequently exposed to loud noises — if you’re a construction worker, a musician, or an avid hunter — we strongly encourage you to protect your hearing now to prevent hearing loss in the future. We do custom fittings of noise-canceling devices right in our office and we’ll be happy to help you keep your ears safe.
Audiological Services
Industrial Screenings: OSHA requires that employees at some workplaces have regular hearing screenings. We are familiar with OSHA requirements and can take care of these screenings for you.
Cerumen (Earwax) Management: Keeping your ears clear of cerumen (commonly known as earwax) can help keep you hearing at the right level. Many people benefit from cerumen management, which is one of the most commonly used services we offer.
Veterans Compensation and Pension Evaluations: We have a great deal of experience and expertise helping veterans get the treatment they need. Serving those who have served our country is a passion of ours.
Tinnitus Management: Tinnitus, commonly known as “ringing in the ears,” can range from mildly annoying to debilitating. Tinnitus is when you hear a ringing, buzzing, humming, or whooshing sound in your ears or head when no external sound is present. We offer solutions to help alleviate the ringing in your ears and can help you overcome your symptoms of tinnitus.
Hearing Aid Services
Earmolds and Earplugs: The best way to treat hearing loss is to prevent it altogether, and the best way to prevent it is to protect your ears in loud environments, such as construction sites or deer hunting. We’ll take custom molds of your ears and then make hearing protection that serves your needs.
Assistive Listening Devices (Amplified Telephones, TV Ears, Pocket Talkers): Hearing aids are not the best solution for all patients, and for some patients, they may not completely solve the problem. Assistive Listening Devices make it easier for you to hear and understand in specific situations, such as telephone calls or watching TV. They may also be budget-friendly alternatives to hearing aids for people who only need a little amplification to hear better.
Hearing Aid Batteries and Accessories: We carry everything you need to keep your hearing aids working. We are proud to carry a variety of hearing aid accessories, designed to help you connect with the technology in your life. Some examples include:
- Rechargeable Battery Kits
- TV Streamers
- Cell Phone Streamers
- Bluetooth Connections for iPhone
Hearing Services for Veterans
We provide the following services for eligible Veterans, including:
- Disability audiology exams for Veterans and Servicemembers
- Assessment, treatment, and management of hearing loss and tinnitus
- Other assistive listening devices such as TV and telephone amplifiers
- Noise-induced hearing loss prevention services to optimize residual hearing
What to Expect from Hearing Aids
Once you’ve decided to move forward with hearing aids, we will fit you with the devices that are best for your needs. You will have 30 days to return your hearing aids if you don’t like them, but we are proud to say that we have a very low return rate. We know hearing aids and we listen to our patients’ needs, so we’re very good at matching patients to the right hearing aids.
We recommend that you bring a family member to your appointments, especially your first. Having someone else weigh in with another perspective on your hearing situation can help us better understand what you need, and we can also show them how to change the battery and set the hearing aid in your ear, so they can help you if you need a hand at home. That way, if something goes wrong (such as the hearing aid squealing or being stopped up), you’ve got a family member who knows what to do.
